INVEST ON THE CAPE

We closed on our first Cape investment in June of 2015.  Days later we had to scramble for furniture because we had booked a 3-week rental.  Soon after that, we had filled up the entire summer and had covered the mortgage for the first year. The equity you gain and the return on investment has never been better in the Cape market.
